Here is a quick picture of Catherine, my 2 year old, in her Double Ruffle Halter Dress. In keeping with the beachy, springy, whale theme, she decided to scoop up her pink net (of course it's pink!) and pretend to catch some gooey fish. I couldn't get a smile out of her this time, but next time I will!
